Booking
How booking works
-
Only free times
Aira offers times that are free in your Calendly over the next seven days, and skips anything you've blocked out in your Aira calendar.
-
Name filled in
It asks for the customer's name, then sends a Calendly link with it already filled in.
-
The customer confirms
The customer picks the time on Calendly's page. Aira never tells them a booking is confirmed before they have.
-
Straight into your calendar
Calendly tells Aira when a booking is made, so it appears in your Aira calendar straight away.
-
Fully booked days
If the day they ask for has no space, Aira says so and offers the nearest days that do.
-
No Calendly yet?
Aira still takes the request: it collects what you'll need, tells the customer you'll confirm, and adds it to your To do list.

FAQ
Booking questions
Which booking systems does Aira work with?
Calendly. Other booking systems aren't supported yet. If you use another one, get in touch: we'd like to hear which.
Do I need Calendly?
To book automatically, yes. Without it, Aira collects the booking details and adds the request to your To do list so you can confirm it.
What if the day they want is fully booked?
Aira tells them and offers the nearest days that have free times. It only ever offers times your Calendly shows as free.
Does it work on WhatsApp and Messenger too?
Yes. Booking works the same way on Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger.
How much does it cost?
Aira is free for 14 days, with no card needed to start. For pricing after your trial, get in touch and we'll find the right plan for you.
